Content is appropriate for users as it helps them accomplish their goals. A content strategy is a plan that guides the intentional creation and maintenance of information in a digital product. It is the creation, delivery, and governance of useful information. It ensures that every piece of content is meaningful and relevant to the user. Content should be clear, consistent, concise, good and supported.

A user persona is a fictional description of the user of the product. Personas help promote empathy, increase awareness and memorability of target users. Below is an example of a user persona. I will be using this in future projects for a better understanding of my target users.

From these personas, designers are able to make more informed decisions to better suit their users as they can understand their struggles and needs more. A user persona is aimed to represent multiple users using one fictional user. Below is how the persona is supposed to accomplish the problems of their users.
