The next step I will be completing is competitor analysis, which is a very important step in my research as this will allow me to compare and contrast with ideas within my app. I potentially will be inspired by some features or realise that including certain features could be inappropriate considering my target audience and aim. I decided to take screenshots of these apps and annotate around them to visually inspect, which is easier for me to learn than just writing about these competitors. I will also be looking at visual elements such as colour and imagery.
